Photography, Design and Videography

Many years ago I studied Film and Media studies at Manchester Metropolitan University graduating with a 2.1. Since then my passion and interest in both photography and video production has remained despite venturing into other areas throughout my career. Recently I have started to offer photography and videography services as part of my own business and re-engaged with that skillset.

I have experience in arranging photoshoots, event photography, videography and video editing. I have my own camera equipment including a Canon 6D DSLR camera, a range of lenses, tripods, gimbles and more. I also have experience in editing video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere and Filmora. As part of my work at Lumos I have also helped develop designs for clients including brand colours, logos and concepts.

Video Production & Edits

Video is probably the area I have worked on the least over the last few years but it’s still an area of focus and interest. Most of my video content recently has been limited to short brand related videos, webinars, online tutorials and other small editing projects. That being said, we can go back to earlier work around the time of my degree with some examples down below.

The video below is an example of event based videography I filmed, edited and produced back in 2012 for a large video games event based in the UK. The video is related to an events organisation I founded at the time for gamers which ran several large gaming events at venues around Manchester and had a presence as ‘press/media’ at larger gaming events throughout the UK.
